Our mission
Our mission is to bridge the gap in Product Marketing by empowering underrepresented Black and Latino professionals. We help education, and resources to help them thrive.
Through our tuition-free fellowships, mentorship programs, and partnerships with industry leaders, we aim to break down barriers and open doors for Black and Latino professionals in Product Marketing. We are committed to driving momentum and creating lasting change that benefits individuals, companies, and the industry as a whole.

Our goal is to provide essential skills and opportunities for underrepresented professionals. We focus on education, and networking to drive meaningful change in the industry.
Through our programs, partnerships, and advocacy, we strive to foster a supportive and inclusive community that uplifts and champions diverse voices in Product Marketing. Ultimately, our goal is to inspire and develop the next generation of Black and Latino leaders creating a more inclusive Product Marketing field.
What we Do

Fellowship Program
We offer quarterly, tuition-free fellowships to build Product Marketing skills, enhance job search abilities, and expand professional networks for underrepresented professionals, helping them secure roles in the industry.
Business Consulting
We provide expert consulting to define GTM strategy and craft compelling product messaging and positioning for businesses across various tech industries, ensuring effective market penetration.
Internship Connections
We match fellowship graduates with internships to gain hands-on experience and access to hiring managers.
Mentorship Opportunities
We connect aspiring Product Marketing professionals with experienced mentors.
Skill-Building Courses
We develop and deliver courses to equip professionals with essential Product Marketing skills.
